Our Embryology Team

The medical team at RMAPA includes experienced leaders in the field of reproductive medicine who have helped thousands of patients to overcome even the most challenging causes of infertility. Our team includes renowned medical experts who are board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive medicine. Dr. Richard T. Scott, Jr., a founding partner and RMA NJ's medical director, is the only IVF center leader who is a board certified embryologist, andrologist, and high-complexity clinical laboratory director. As director of laboratory services, he is responsible for the andrology, endocrinology, and embryology labs.
