Financing…don’t be discouraged, you have options!

If your insurance company advises you that you do not have coverage for infertility treatment services, there is still hope. Most insurance policies that have no coverage for infertility treatment services, will usually cover most of your office visits & diagnostic testing that is required when seeking treatment of infertility to determine possible causes of infertility.
Our financial team provides personal one on one consultation in the most comprehensive, professional & compassionate manner. We realize that each patient/couple has unique concerns and questions related to potential financial obligations in pursuing treatment with RMAPA and we are here to guide you through the process. In addition to a one on one finance consultation, RMAPA also provides a comprehensive financial booklet, which lists treatment costs and other helpful information. If at any time you have finance questions or your treatment plan changes, our financial counselor is available by phone or in person to provide as much information as you need to feel comfortable. There is never a charge to meet with or speak with our financial counselor.

After you schedule your initial new patient appointment, our financial team will verify your infertility benefits with your insurance company. We also encourage our patients to play an active role in their care by verifying their individual insurance benefit information. If your insurance requires a referral to see a specialist, we ask that you request a referral from either your primary care physician (PCP) or OB/GYN prior to your appointment. The day of your initial visit, you may meet with a financial coordinator to discuss your infertility benefits as well as treatment costs and possible financing program options we have available.

Currently we offer the Attain IVF Refund, Attain Multicycle Plan and Donor Egg programs. Our patients are also able to apply for financing through Springstone Patient Financing or Discovery Federal Credit Union. (Discovery FCU membership is available to anyone who lives, works or worships in Berks County.)
