Dr. Schillings and the world-renowned team of doctors at RMAPA are leaders in the field of reproductive medicine and have helped thousands of patients to overcome even the most challenging causes of infertility. Our team includes renowned medical experts who are board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive medicine. Dr. Richard T. Scott, Jr., a RMAPA founding partner, is the only IVF center leader who is a board certified embryologist, andrologist, and high-complexity clinical laboratory director. Wendy Schillings, MD, FACOG
Dr. Schillings is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist, obstetrician and gynecologist. She leads all aspects of patient care at RMAPA. In addition, she formerly led the medical team at RE & I Specialist with the Lehigh Valley Physician Group. Dr. Schillings is chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Lehigh Valley Hospital Health Network and Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn State College of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, completed her residency at Washington University in St. Louis and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at University of Maryland Medical System, Baltimore, MD.

Paul A. Bergh, MD, FACOG
Dr. Bergh is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist, obstetrician and gynecologist. He earned his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he serves as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. He performed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, and completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Michael R. Drews, MD, FACOG
Dr. Drews is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist, obstetrician and gynecologist who serves as Clinical Associate Professor for the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College, performed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at North Shore Hospital in Manhasset, NY, and completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Mount Sinai Medical School.

Richard T. Scott, Jr., MD, FACOG, ALD/HCLD
Dr. Scott is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist, obstetrician and gynecologist who serves as Professor and Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology for the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is also board certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis as an embryologist, andrologist, and high complexity clinical laboratory director. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia Medical School, performed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, and completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia.
