In Vitro Fertilization

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is the process in which mature eggs are retrieved from the ovaries and fertilized by sperm in an embryology lab to become embryos. The embryos are then transferred into the uterus by the doctor.

Intrauterine Insemination

Intrauterine insemination (IUI), also known as artificial insemination, is a common fertility treatment where sperm are placed directly into the uterine cavity, near the time of ovulation. An IUI procedure is used to treat several causes of infertility.
