It depends on your insurance and what services you are having. Most insurances do NOT require a co-payment, if you’re just coming in for blood work. Many plans require a co-payment when coming in for an ultrasound or an office visit.
Most HMO policies do require a referral from heir Primary Care Physician (PCP). We ask that you verify with your insurance company and request a referral from your PCP prior to your initial visit if applicable.
Unfortunately, RMAPA does not participate with Medicaid/Medicare. However, infertility services are not a covered benefit with those plans.
